Statement by BY PREMIUM Insurance Company LTD.
On April 22, 2025, Mr. Mojmír Vedej was removed from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of PREMIUM Insurance Company Ltd.
Mr. Vedej played a significant role in building the company during its early stages. We recognize the energy he invested in the project and would like to express our thanks for his contributions to date.
We would like to also declare that there has been no change in the ownership structure of the company, and the only change is the removal of a board member.
PREMIUM Insurance Company Ltd. continues to operate fully, remains stable, and meets all of its obligations to partners, clients, and regulatory authorities.
The company remains committed to acting transparently, professionally, and with the aim of protecting the trust of all those who are part of this project.
